SOS

Be seen when it matters.

In SOS mode the LED flashes the international distress signal on its own: three short, three long, three short.

Screen light

Soft light from the whole screen.

When the LED is too harsh, the display glows in white, neutral white or warm white – for reading or close-up work.

Brightness is adjustable, the display stays on, and the app remembers your setting.

Flashes at your pace.

Set the strobe anywhere from 1 to 20 Hz and pick one of four patterns: steady, pulse, double flash or disco.

Who is Flashlight Ultra for?
For anyone who needs light fast: in a power cut, when looking for keys, on a walk at night or in the tent. Screen light helps with reading, strobe and color light bring atmosphere to a party.
What does Flashlight Ultra cost?
The app is free with ads. Steady light, SOS and screen light are always free. Premium removes the ads and unlocks the strobe with patterns and color light – weekly, monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The price is shown in the store.
How does Flashlight Ultra make money?
Through ads in the free version (via Google AdMob: one ad on first launch and when you return to the app from the background) and through Premium. Premium users see no ads.
Which permissions does the app need?
It needs access to the camera LED to switch the flashlight. There is no account and no location access.
Why does the LED not turn on?
Devices without a camera flash cannot use the LED torch. Screen light still works on them.
Can I get it on iPhone?
Flashlight Ultra is made for Android and coming soon to Google Play. An iPhone version is in preparation.
Which languages does the app speak?
The app interface is currently in German. This website is available in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian.
Is the strobe safe for everyone?
No. Strobe mode produces rapid flashes of light. Do not use it if you or people near you are sensitive to flashing lights.
